Tāhuhu Thursday – Kia Rite

In this Tàhuhu Thursday session tīma Kia Rite team give an insight into their massive mahi to ensure Archives NZ (Mulgrave Street) holdings meet minimum relocation standards before their move to the new Archives Building. The tīma talk about their achievements working through a colossal 380,000 boxes, or 80km of linear shelf space, the breadth of these holdings and some of their intriguing discoveries.

The tīma are looking forward to the arrival of the much anticipated box making machine and the efficiencies this will bring.
