Request for Permission to Access Restricted Material Held by Archives New Zealand

This permission to access form is provided to assist members of the public in requesting permission to access material restricted by the relevant transferring agency. A restricted status does not necessarily mean that a record can not be viewed, it simply indicates that permission must be obtained from the Access Contact nominated by the transferring agency.
