Searching for Nash Records

To search for Records in the Exhibition on Archway:

• Record the “R” 8 digit number
• Go to Archway Public-Advanced Search-Records
• Enter the R number and press search

To search for a non-exhibition Nash record listed in Archway:

• Go to Archway Public-Advanced Search-Records
• Enter a keyword
• Enter AEFZ in the Agency field and press search

To search a series of Nash Records listed in Archway:

• Go to Archway Public-Advanced Search- Agency
• Enter AEFZ in the agency code field and press search
• Click on Go to Records series

To search for Nash records not yet on Archway:

• Go to Archway Public-Advanced Search- Agency
• Enter AEFZ in the agency code field and press search
• View scanned PDF document. Note Volume 3, Series 6 and 102 contain a subject index

To order Nash records on Archway:

• Locate record as above
• Go to “Ordering Information”
• Enter Reader Card number/date required
• Press “Order” button

To order Nash records not yet on Archway:

See Desk Archivist who will verify and place your order. Note some records may require vetting
