Digitisation Standard Review - download the submission form

Archives New Zealand is reviewing the Digitisation Standard and the companion General Disposal Authority - Digitised Original Source Records (GDA 5). Both were issued in 2007 and are now due for review.
 
Archives New Zealand is currently calling for submissions from public offices, local authorities, vendors, associations, interest group, and individuals.
 
This period of formal consultation ends on 23 December. Late submissions will not be accepted.
 
There are two ways to make a submission:

1. Complete the online submisssion form (external link); or

2. Download a MS Word version of the online form (below).
 
Please return completed forms to Simon Caseley by 23 December.
