The Chief Archivist, under Section 20(2) of the Public Records Act 2005, gives public notice of the following Intentions to Dispose of public records. The minimum period of public notice is 30 days from the date of Public Notice. Comments received within the minimum 30 day comment period will be considered by the Chief Archivist before issuing the Disposal Authority.
Members of the public are welcome to comment on the Intentions to Dispose by completing a Disposal Comment Form and returning it to Archives New Zealand before the due date. Comments received after this date will not be assessed as part of the review process.
