A joint exhibition between Archives New Zealand's Auckland Regional Office and Te Toi Uku - Crown Lynn and Clayworks Museum opens at 95 Richard Pearse Drive, Mangere, on Monday 19 November.
The exhibition will follow the timeline of the Clark family, founders of the brick and pipe manufacturers, from their humble beginnings in Hobsonville to New Lynn, where they later produced the Crown Lynn range of pottery.
It will be held in our exhibition room off the main foyer and will feature archives and artifacts, including heavy clay items and some examples of Crown Lynn pottery.
Opening times Monday to Friday 9.30 to 5.00.
The exhibition will continue into the new year but will be closed over the Christmas period from midday 21 December to 4 January. Reopening on 7 January.
