 “We’re not sitting in a back room filing stuff – we’re out working with people, training and supporting them so they can manage their records effectively.
 
My work covers everything from answering queries on standards and guidelines through to managing the training programme and product development. We spend a lot of time collaborating with Government Departments to ensure records are managed more effectively.
 
We get involved at the point of record creation and help our customers manage from there so that 30 or more years down the line they can move smoothly into the archival/disposal side of recordkeeping. We keep up to date with technology and are always planning for the future.”
